NHRCCB DOCTOR CELL

Doctors in India, as healthcare professionals, are entitled to the same fundamental rights as other citizens, including the right to equality, freedom of speech and expression, and the right to life. However, they also have specific responsibilities related to their profession, including the duty to provide the best possible care, maintain medical records, and adhere to ethical guidelines. Doctors have the right to be treated equally, without discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or socioeconomic status. Article 21 of the Constitution protects the right to life, and doctors have a duty to ensure the patient's well-being and safety. Doctors are obligated to protect patient confidentiality and ensure that sensitive information is handled with discretion.

NHRCCB Doctor Cell aims to promote Doctor’s Right and other related activities related to medical across the nation in support of NHRCCB Volunteer/ Member/ Officer.

For the implementation different laws related to Doctor Rights and responsibilities as per Indian Constitution, NHRCCB established a separate Constituent unit or cell named “ NHRCCB Doctor Cell ” with independent managing committee.
