(NHRCCB WAS ESTABLISHED ON 07 NOVEMBER 2017 WITH THE FOLLOWING AIMS& OBJECTIVES)

According to the Human Rights Protection Act 1993, the Government of India works for the promotion and protection of human rights.
Organizing various camps, seminars, workshops, and conferences for awareness among citizens about human rights.
To cooperate and encourage non-governmental organizations and educational institutions working in the field of human rights.
To build and operate educational institutions in the field of human rights.
To work together and in cooperation with the government for the protection of Human Rights and crime control. on receipt of complaints on issues like human rights abuses
To Provide justice to the victim through the Central Government / State Government / District Administration / Police Administration/ National Human Rights Commission / State Human Rights Commission / National Commission for Women / State Commission for Women / National Commission for Protection of Child Rights / State Commission for Protection of Child Rights / National Commission for Protection of Child Rights / National Commission for Scheduled Castes /State Scheduled Tribe and other constitutional Institutions.
To file a petition in the court in human rights violations cases and get justice to the victim through the court.
To work together with the Central Government / State Government and local government - administration for the protection and promotion of human rights.
According to the United Nations Human Rights Act 1948, to make citizens aware of human rights and work to protect the rights of citizens.
To promote and propagate the fundamental rights (right to equality, right to freedom, Right against exploitation, right to freedom of religion, culture and education, right to Property and constitutional remedies) given by the Indian Constitution and every Indian citizen To work for the attainment of fundamental rights.
To organize workshops, seminars, awareness programs on crime control.
Governance for Corruption Free India – Working together with the administration to Control corruption.
To protect the Child Rights Protection Act and work for prevention of child marriage, child violence, child labour, child trafficking.
To work for publicity and awareness of Right to Information (RTI) Act.
Getting information through RTI and taking action against the corrupt.
Fighting the rights of doctors, lawyers, journalists etc. in a constitutional way by creating various cells / units.
To run awareness campaign related to cyber-crime prevention and to cooperate with the administration for prevention.
Governance - To help the administration to curb the misuse of government posts and Government machinery.
To work for the rights of the prisoners (prisoners) and to provide them legal aid and Guidance.
To cooperate with the police administration regarding crime control and mutual harmony, goodwill and peace.
Public Grievance Redressal Centre, Crime and Corruption Investigation, Crime Investigation and Research Service, Security and Intelligence Service, Media Information, Education and Law, Civil Defence, Journalism and Journalist Defence, Right to Information, Human Rights, Child Rights, Detective Services Setting up and providing security.
To promote various schemes run by the government and to benefit the citizens.
To cooperate and work together in various programs by the units of the district / state /Centre.
To settle the cases by organizing Lok Adalats after permission from time to time.
To make women aware of women's rights and work for their participation in the system.
To make women aware and work to curb women violence.
Governance for women's rights and women's safety - Working together with the Administration.
To honor the outstanding talents of the society from time to time and provide them Platforms.
Helping the administration by running an awareness campaign for serious issues like Human trafficking.
To run an awareness campaign to curb discrimination on the basis of caste, class, Community, race, sex, color.
To organize awareness camps on evil practices like dowry bonded labor etc. and work to stop such incidents through the concerned government institutions and courts.
Organizing camps like medical camps, blood donation camps, eye camps etc.
After receiving the complaint, after the permission of the government institutions, to take the problems of the citizens to the administration and make efforts to solve the problem.
Establishment and operation of Old Age Home, Health Centre, Nari Shakti Kendra, Child Improvement Centre, Hospital. Etc
