President Profile

Dr. Randhir Kumar is Founder Chairman and National President of National Human Rights and Crime Control Bureau –NHRCCB (A Civil Society) since 7th November, 2017. He is also founder President & Chairman of Naman Foundation / Naman International Foundation for Education and Social Research (A Non. Profit) from 2014.

He has earned Ph.D (Doctor of Philosophy) in English Literature by Ram Krishna Dharmarth Foundation University, Ranchi Jharkhand on “Gynocritical Discussion on the selected Novels of Anita Nair” in 2023 as first awarded research scholar, Five Year Integrated M.A. In English Literature by Central University of Jharkhand in 2017, Summer School in Policy, Governance and Leadership by Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi (IIM, Ranchi) in 2019, Certificate Course in Media and International Relations by Central University of Jharkhand in 2014, Professional Certificate Course on Leadership Fundamentals Course by London School of Business Administration in 2024.

He was a versatile talent since childhood, always passing with high marks in school and displaying his skills in debate and speech arts. He proved his educational skill in an early age, awarded with “Jharkhand Megha Fellowship Award” for three years (2008-10) for financial Support for better education through state level Competition organized by Jharkhand Academic Council ,Government of Jharkhand.

He is dedicated to social work since 2012 during his education at Central University of Jharkhand, contributed free of cost for the education of poor tribal children for 4 consecutive years in UNNAYAN (An Educational and Social Responsibility Central University of Jharkhand). In 2014, he founded Non. Govt. organization Naman Foundation and conducted several educational / motivational session to promote educational activities in the tribal areas of Ranchi district , conducted Naman Olympiad 2015 and 2016 to enhance educational growth among students of Tribal and Backward area of Jharkhand. More than 20000 students across Jharkhand participated in this competition and winner at state level and district level awarded in a grand function at St. Anne School Mandar, Ranchi. He has also worked for the Digital India and skill development initiative in support of PKMVY 1&2, Digital India and several supportive organization. Trained several youth of tribal and backward areas of Ranchi, Gumla , Lohardaga , Chatra and Giridih District .

For his outstanding contribution in the field of Education, he has been awarded with Jharkhand Foundation Citizen Award in 2016 on the occasion of 16th Jharkhand Foundation Day. He has been awarded with Young India Fellwoship 2016-17 by Ashoka University, National Education Award 2017 in the Banglore for his outstanding contribution in the field of Education and Skill Development in the rural areas of Jharkhand through Naman Foundation. For his remarkable educational contribution in the Tribal Areas of Jhrakhand he has been awarded with Honorary Doctorate in 2018 at the age of 23 by NUVP Banglore. He has been awarded with Jharkhand Ratna Samman in 2019 by Lok Sewa Smiti Jharkhand, Leaders Award 2018 by ET NOW, Ashoka Sahitya Akadami Samaj Kalyan Award 2019, Parshva Yuva Shree Award 2019, Jharkhand Yuva Shree award and etc. for his outstanding contribution in the field of social sector.

He has also represented as student representative of Central university of Jharkhand during the JINK PRANAV Fest 2014 at NIFT Hatia and also final runner up in Mr. JINK. Received Appreciation letter from Several renowned Government /Non Govt. bodies, Universities, Vice Chancellors , Govt. Official including Hon’ble Governor of Jharkhand for outstanding contribution.

He has Over 15 years of rich experience in Management, Administration, Teaching, Research, leadership and Social work. He has handled a series of grave existential crises faced by the Organization legally, academically and morally with strategic leadership style and had been able to achieve NHRCCB as one of the best Human Right Organization in short Spain of time . He has been established Naman International School Remba and Dineshwar Verma College of Higher and Vocational Education Remba through Naman International Foundation for Education and Social Research for the quality education in the rural area of Jharkhand. Dr. Randhir Kumar has been also established Indian Institute of Leadership, Policy and Governance for promotion of youth leadership.

Dr. Randhir organized /hosted more than 30+ seminar and convention including National Seminar on Child Rights and Education organized by NHRCCB in association with Central University of Jharkhand and Jharkhand state Child Rights Protection Commission , Govt. of Jharkhand on 26th September,2018 at Ranchi, National Talk on Human Rights violation in the political activities in Assam on 20th March 2018 organized by NHRCCB in association with JNU Literary Club, JNU, New Delhi at JNU Convention Centre ,New Delhi, National Seminar on Right to Education on 28th April,2019 at Dumka ,Jharkhand, National Convention on Human Rights 2019 on June 2019 at Kolkata ,National Seminar on Education and Youth Leadership on 14th November, 2021 at Press club Ranchi , International Convention on Human Rights 2022 on 30th July,2022 at the The Ashok ,New Delhi , International Convention on Human Rights 2023 on 26th November 2023, at the OPJ Auditorium ,New Delhi and etc. He has also organized 40+ webinar on different topics related to Human Rights, Right to Information and social issues.

He has participated as Resource Person in 2 days Training Program on Human Rights at Vinoba Bhave University Hazaribagh organized by National Human Rights Commission on 22nd March,2018, Regional Law Review Consultation (Northern Region ) –Round Table Conference at Amity Law School Noida organized by National Commission For Women ,New Delhi on 8th January,2025 and etc. He has also participated as a Jury Member of State Youth Parliament 2021 and State Youth Parliament 2022 organized by Nehru Yuva Kendra Sangathan Jharkhand , Ministry of Youth Affairs ,Govt. of India.

Dr. Randhir Kumar attended and represented Bolovia Country on the topic international Security on UAV during UN International Conference, organized by United Nation Organization in association with Australian Embassy on 12th and 13th September,2020.

He has been attended as a Chief Guest /Chief Speaker in the several state conventions on human rights across the nation including NGO MANTHAN talk 2014 at NIFT Hatia, State Convention on Human Rights Chhattisgarh 2021 at Raigarh, State Convention on Human Rights Chhattisgarh 2022 Jangir Champa, State Convention on Human Rights Bihar 2022 at Patna ,State Convention on Human Rights Assam 2022 at Jorhat, State Convention on Human Rights MP 2022 at Indore , State Convention on Human Rights MP at Shivpuri. State Convention on Human Rights 2023 Assam at Guwahati. State Convention on Human Rights Chhattisgarh 2024 at Champa, State Convention on Human Rights Haryana 2024 at Karnal and etc. Attended 50+ webinars on the social issues.

He has attended and presented research paper in more than 100 national /international conferences and seminars. He has also chaired more than 10 International/National level Conferences on various topics. His more than 20 research papers published in International/National Journal.

He has authored several books including Human Rights: An Introduction published in 2018, Ek Uddan Published in 2021, Confessional Poetry: A comparative study of Kamla Das and Eunice De Souza published in 2021, Human Rights : An introduction (Edition2) Published in 2021, An Introduction to Feminist Jurisprudence published in 2022, Gynociritical Discussion on the selected Novels of Anita Nair published in 2025 and etc. He has also published a Student Magazine of Central University of Jharkhand “Naman” in 2014 and a weekly Newspaper SIKSHYA BARTA in 2016 during his study period at Central University of Jharkhand.

He has been worked as Working Advisory member of Indian Youth Parliament from 2016- 2023, worked in various Government /Non-Govt Organization. Served as Personal Assistant to Hon’ble Governor, Jharkhand. He is also associated as Nodal Officer and Guest Faculty at Ranchi University, Ranchi, Board Member – Chotanagpur Sankritik Sangh Ranchi.

Due to the efficient efforts of Dr. Randhir Kumar, educational revolution has taken place in tribal and backward areas and lakhs of people suffering from human rights violations have got relief. Thousands of human slaves working in Arunachal Pradesh and Assam have been freed due to his efforts. He has emerged as a strong voice for the exploited, suffering and deprived people of the society and is dedicated to public service. He has filed 200 + petition related to violation on human rights to President of India, Prime Minister, Home Minister of India, Governor and Chief Minister of various states , Central Ministers NHRC,NCW,NCPCR and other Government bodies.
